Everydlife BBQ Grill Mats
One of spring, summer and fall many of us enjoy smoking and grilling our foods outdoors. Well my family is among the norm and enjoys the same. My son also operates a mobile BBQ unit, so these sturdy little mats are a part of both our kitchen accessories. This particular set is sold by Everydlife on Amazon. There are 3 mats with this particular set. These are really handy and we own a few of these both in the home and in the BBQ unit.
On the BBQ unit we use these mats to prepare food on. Cut up veggies and meat (although the instructions say do not use sharp utensils) as this may scratch them. We have used them repetitively for cutting and preparing. They are great for keeping your meats off the grate and to keep the meats from falling through as well. These are not supposed to be ON the heat source of course, but above it. It withstands temperatures up to 500 degrees F. Using these will help keep your grill cleaner as well because much of your juices and all your food stays on the mat. These have a really nice non stick feature as well. Your food will not stick. They also clean up well with warm soapy water. We really couldn't live without these mats in our BBQ unit. It makes clean up much easier and provides a good clean surface to prepare the meals on.
Now I also keep a couple of these in the house. I use them in my long rectangular baking pans and in some of my larger round pans. It makes cleaning up your pans so much easier and provides that wonderful non stick feature. So no more messy, burnt on pans. Now these can also be used straight on the rack if you wish, however picking them up and getting them out of the oven would be a chore without a pan. But I love they save me the mess and provide me with a end product that don't stick.
